General Wedding Information

- Additional Rental of the Library and Gazebo available for Ceremonies or Cocktail Hour and Photograph Opportunities

- A detailed appointment will be arranged by your catering manager 60 days prior to your event to discuss preliminary arrangements and menu planning. Final menus are required 30 days prior to your wedding.

- There are seperate rental fees for both rooms (Library and ballroom). Please inquire about reduced rentals during off-season and non-Saturday dates.  

- During the wedding Season (May-October) A minimum balance of $12,000 must be reached not including service charge and tax.
*Please inquire about special pricing during off season (November-April), and Non-Saturday weddings.

- All wedding menu's are custom built to you specifications but typically include: Hors d'oeuvres for the cocktail hour, a served first course, entree course or buffet and 4-hour bar.

- A nonrefundable deposit of $1,000 and a signed contract are required in order to guarantee your date.
Final guest count and payment in full are required 10 days prior to your wedding.

- Room and event security is suggested for all larger weddings.
